I've done it a couple times and I've always been the only one whether it's from the airport or back. The difference is night and day when compared to the shuttle. I'd give the shuttle service maybe a 2.5. I never had an issue with the driver being late for a pickup to the airport nor cutting it close at the airport. Cheaper than a taxi, can't get long hauled, takes more time than a taxi. I guess that was nice but this was in June and it was 110 degrees. I had one driver turn it off as she was talking to two of the people she picked up. Some drivers are good, some are not so good. Then you're off for a multiple stop tour of hotels. The shuttle: dingy shuttle you sit in until it gets at least semi-full. Be aware that there are (at least) two levels of service. If you look at the other reviews, it seems like a Jekyll / Hyde situation. I've been going to Las Vegas every year for a couple years now and always used Bell Trans. However, for me, it was okay since I had prepared 1 hour from my arrival at Mccarran to Caesars and I made it to Caesars a few minutes after the 1 hour mark. I was the last passenger to be dropped off and it was a few minutes over 1 hour for them to transport me to Caesars Palace so if you're in a rush to get to your hotel, taking the Bell Trans airport shuttle might not be for you. The driver (I think his name was David) was friendly and handed out a Vegas tourist mini-magazine with coupons and offered some advice to first time Vegas travelers and things that people can do. However, since halves are not allowed, I put "Very Good" in the rating. Taking into consideration that this is a group shuttle service that stops at various hotels, I wasn't in a rush for time and my review is based on this fact so I rated them to be between Average (3 stars) and Very Good (4 stars). She pointed me to the direction for the shuttle stop and I went into the shuttle within a few minutes. She asked me if I wanted return but I told her that I would only take one-way ($8.00) to Caesars Palace. The lady selling the tickets was very polite. I purchased my ticket immediately after picking up my luggage at Mccarran International Airport on Sunday January 17 around 2:15pm.
